- Attend UPSDM meetings with Mission Director, SPMU, DPMU, DM, CDO & VDO.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades.
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the UPSDM and project team.
- Ensure UPSDM’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- The Effectively recourse and manages relationship with a wide range of groups ( including all projects contributors) work of consultants, allocating resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a cooperative , motivated and successful team.
- Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs studying request for proposal (RFP’s) attending strategy meetings.
- Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information coordinating submission and collections identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
- Prepares presentations by evaluating text graphics and binding coordinating printing.
- Maintains quality results by using templates following proposal-writing standards including readability consistency, and tone maintaining proposal support database.
- Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers.
- Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination and boilerplate implementing changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal network.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
