- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process): A standardized process in the automotive and aerospace industries to ensure that suppliers understand all specifications and production processes of tyre and meet the customers requirements before mass production (Daimler,volvo,Hyundai,Airospace ,Indian military)
- Coordinate with Michelin R&D for new Product /Process industrialization and Progress updating&control Plan,Quality standards.
- Design verification, validation, Product compliance ,quality standards improvement and deployment for R1,R2,R3 Risk consideration.
- Rpn and Action revision for FMEA as per AIAG-VDA automotive standards . FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis): A proactive tool and identify potential failure modes within a michelin system, process, or design and assess their impact to prioritize improvement actions and actively working on new FMEA format of AIAG-VDA conversion.
- New Product homologation, Qualification, industrial robustness,engineering changes , metrology, measurements, study results, Test & certification.
- Continuous improvement of Process development and reduce quality issue in manufacturing Process across all shops.
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis): MSA 4.0 statistical tool to assess the quality and reliability of measurement systems (like gauges, inspection methods, etc.) and hypothesis ,GRR-Average Range methods using in michelin metrology.
- Process improvement for tyre manufacturing across all shops for truck model and meet design requirements
- Analysis and corrective action for field customer complaint issues in after cure Process and work with the product quality guarantee team , key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for creating procedures and CDCF,MOW and documenting complex Process in the manufacturing line, 8D Methodology, 5Whys and Fishbone Diagram.
- Work closely with the Metrology Equipment Engineer and Operation Team to translate the requirements of product requirements needs to achieve the overall KPI, develop and implement corrective actions for resolving process issue
- Solving Process issues through root cause analysis like bib solve, bib solve+ tools
- Risk analysis, Gap analysis, impact analysis for old/new changes in Process and taking actions to satisfy the quality requirements
- Responsible for New tyre dimension -BIS marking and mould drawing release for curing Process,six sigma Project coordination and coordinated with R&D team
- Project management and adherence with customer /supplier respecting time ,cost and sign off progression. FAI (First Article Inspection): A detailed verification and comparison of a michelin production sample to engineering drawings and specifications, usually conducted on the first parts made in a new or changed process .
- Root Cause and Corrective Action :RCA -(Bib tools) systematic process to identify the fundamental cause of a problem and implement actions to prevent its recurrence
