- Provide assistance with Windows, UNIX and LINUX based platforms in relation to application function and performance
- Assisting with analysis, evaluation and preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts
- Assess and perform systems utilization and headroom reports to assist in troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Monitor performance of service components and environments and provide management reporting
- Work with network administrators to configure and troubleshoot issues emanating from the network
- Assisting other teams (storage, DBA, networks, application) with OS related tasks
- Provides infrastructure support to service developments and product lifecycle, and understands the current monitored thresholds
