Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment and adherence to company policies.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing recommendations and resolutions to management, using the Just Culture Standards.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with labor regulations and MUSC standards. Effectively manage all leave processes, i.e., FMLA, LOA, ADA, Workers Compensation, PPL, STD, LTD.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance management's understanding of best practices in employee relations. Implement employee engagement strategies, conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and drive improvements.
Change Agent and champion for improvements, and able to measure outcomes. Responsive and timely in decision-making.
Analyze trends in employee relations issues and provide data-driven insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Serve as Co-Chair for Workplace Violence Committee. Serve as a member of the MUSC Health Orangeburg Employee Engagement Team.
