Champion co is an Facility maintenance company provides HVAC , Mechanical , Plumbing and Electrical services on Commercial and residential buildings all over Qatar.
1. planned preventive maintenance on Mechanical equipments - HVAC and electrical room equipment GRMS, including cleaning and lubrication.
2.Maintenance and Troubleshooting of DCS ,Chillers and all HVAC Equipment in the residential and commercial buildings.
3.Assisting and implementing operational procedures SOP for all facilities with other team members.
4.Ensuring all HVAC systems and Equipment’s are in immaculate condition in order to provide seamless support.
5.Scheduling and supervision of work for 15 team members .
6. Ensuring the safety of working environment by following standard operating procedures and HSEQ protocols.
7.Standard practices for inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings by ASHRAE /ANSI Standards.
8.Reviewing project design and creating technical submittals.
9.Submitting Method of statement.
10.Testing and commissioning of HVAC Units ,chillers and cooling systems.
11.Hand over of project and reporting to line manager.
