Job description-  Assignment initiation and repatriation
* Review of Initiating the set-up on assignees on GlobalOne for new assignments
* Sending Welcome email to assignees post setup on GlobalOne, Scheduling Briefing calls for
assignees with the respective country offices
* Reviewing and posting Briefing Notes, and checklists received from assignees and country
teams
* Reviewing and posting Hypo tax calculation to country teams
* Reviewing and posting Certificate of coverage calculations to the country offices

Billing:

* Monthly communication to country offices for sending across GBT -Global Billing Templates for services billed by country teams for services provided.
* Review of GBT received for approval from GCO and invoice raised by teams.
* Review of database for all the services billed .
* Review of Consolidated Trackers for services billed on a monthly basis.
Requesting approval of services from GCO and maintaining the database to keep a track of approved services to keep country teams updated.
