As a technical analyst, my job requires providing technical assistance to the clients with their applications, software and resolving the issues, coordinating with my colleagues and team leads to ensure best and most appropriate tech-solutions with enriching the clients trust making sure that the organisation gets acclaimed and appreciated.

As a PLM Engineer, my job role required working on the projects allotted along with the team members. Customizing the business logic, configuring the data, executing the logics and testing it as per the desired output. Learning the different technologies like, Teamcenter User End, Data Model Configuration and Implementation.

Attending the client, listening to their queries, telling them the possible solutions, getting them along the insurance related procedures and documents, leading the team and carrying out the work by the within specific time and as per the organization standard’s. Enriching client-company relations by providing post service assistance and any other suggestions if required.
